Define Tours is a fully registered member of TÜRSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies), the official regulatory body for travel agencies in Turkey. TÜRSAB licence ensures we meet the highest standards of operation, financial protection, and customer service.

Define Tours is a TÜRSAB-registered A-Group (Class A) travel agency, the most comprehensive licence tier under Turkish Law No. 1618 on Travel Agencies and the Association of Travel Agencies. Under this law, travel agencies are classified into three groups, A, B and C, based on the scope of services they may provide. A-Group agencies hold the widest authority: they can independently create and sell all tourism services including package tours, flight and bus ticketing, hotel reservations, car rental, and both domestic and international tours, making Define Tours your single point of contact for every aspect of your holiday.

Our boat trip partners are fully licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Maritime Affairs. All vessels carry mandatory safety equipment including life jackets, life rafts, and emergency radio communication. Captains hold valid maritime qualifications.

We carry comprehensive third-party liability insurance for all our services. Airport transfers are covered by mandatory traffic insurance and supplementary passenger insurance. All activity partners provide personal accident and third-party liability coverage.
